I wouldn't have clicked the 1 star had it had been option, they have frozen my account for about 2 weeks, I still have not had my money £35.07, which is an all cash balance, nothing to do with bonus money, i cant withdraw it, nor can i play anything, does anybody know where we, as customers, stand with situations like this, Ive tried support through email and also through live chat, what a joke, i have to wait at least 2-3 days for a reply from 'LIVE CHAT', PMSL, AND EVEN LONGER FOR EMAIL REPLY. Does anybody have any advice and or solutions to help me with thios, many thanks
